Pavel Kýček is the CEO and co-founder of Robuxio, an institutional systematic trading firm building automated strategies for hedge funds, family offices and high-net-worth investors. He has 18 years of trading experience across forex, commodities, equities and digital assets — eight focused on algorithmic systems.

Pavel spent six years earlier in his career in traditional finance specialising in risk management and currency hedging for major corporations. That period instilled the discipline he still relies on every day.

Today he leads Robuxio’s expansion across four product vehicles — a systematic crypto solution, a multi-sleeve systematic equities portfolio, a capital management arm, and a white-label platform licensed to allocator networks. He is the author of The Algorithmic Crypto Playbook (2025) and a regular guest on systematic-trading podcasts and quant conferences.
